Request DEMO License via Automated Online License Service 24x7x365

NOTE: If you are running DigiScope® on a system with no internet access, you will need to perform your license request manually via Web License Portal. Please refer to Request DEMO License Manually via Web License Portal 24x7x365 for help on manually requesting a DEMO license.

NOTE: This is the default option and it is recommended that this option be used in most cases. This option only requires the email address and password used to download DigiScope®. Don't remember your password? No problem! You can Reset Your Password on the fly. If for some reason you have not yet registered please visit the Lucid8 Registration Center.

NOTE: To open 64-bit Offline Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016 databases, you must install DigiScope® on a 64-bit operating system.

  1. After following the instructions within Requesting 30-Day DEMO Licensing, the On-Demand Licensing page is displayed. Check the Request using Lucid8's Online Licensing Service (Recommended) option, then check the Request 30-Day DEMO License option. Now, click the Next > button to continue.

  2. Next, the Lucid8 License Service Logon page is displayed. Enter the email address and password used to download DigiScope®. Please read the DigiScope® End-User License Agreement and check the I have read the License Agreement and accept the terms defined therein box. After accepting the license agreement, click the Next> button to proceed.

    NOTE: Don't remember your password? No problem! You can Reset Your Password on the fly. If for some reason you have not yet registered please visit the Lucid8 Registration Center.

  3. If the entered credentials are correct and there are no connection issues, then the License Request Wizard will process your request and apply your 30-day Demo License.

  4. If your 30-day Demo License has been successfully applied, you should see the following dialog. Click the OK button to be taken to the end of the License Request Wizard.

  5. You have reached the end of the License Request Wizard. Click the Finish button to end the License Request Wizard.

  6. Upon returning to the Main Screen, you will notice that the Offline pane now appears as shown below. This Demo information pane gives you key information about your DEMO license such as, duration remaining, export demonstrations remaining and information on what you can do with the DEMO license.
