The Offline Tree

The Offline Tree consists of data that has been archived or stored through alternative methods of backup.  The data files must be added and mounted within DigiScope┬« before any search or data recovery actions can take place.  Once a database is mounted, the desired data (mailbox, folder, item, attachments) may be restored into an active online database or exported to a Personal Folder (PST) file or Message (MSG) file.  Attachments may also be restored to a directory, allowing for review with the associated native application, such as Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader, etc.
