The Offline Tree

The Offline Tree consists of data that has been archived or stored through alternative methods of backup.  The data files must be added and mounted within DigiScope before any search or data recovery actions can take place.  Once a database is mounted, the desired data (mailbox, folder, item, attachments) may be restored into an active online database or exported to a Personal Folder (PST) file or Message (MSG) file.  Attachments may also be restored to a directory, allowing for review with the associated native application, such as Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader, etc.
