Notification Variables

Notification Variables allows the user to customize Notification messages to include details regarding the maintenance job within the "Subject" or "Message Body" fields of the Notification e-mail.

From the Message Event Template window, you can access Notification Variables by selecting the subject or message body field  and then simply typing a left angle bracket ("<").  A drop-down list of variables will be presented for selection.

NOTE: When selecting a Notification Variable, ensure that both angle brackets remain in the message, otherwise the system will not recognize the variable.
