How Do I Cancel a Job?

You can cancel any currently running maintenance job.

To cancel a job:
  1. In the Server List, highlight a GOexchange server that is currently running a job.

  2. Bring up the Server menu for the selected server.

  3. Select Cancel Job.  The Cancel Job warning dialog appears.

  1. Click Yes to cancel the job.  The Cancel Job status dialog appears.

    This status dialog will show you the progress of the job as GOexchange aborts the maintenance job and brings all affected Exchange resources back online.

    You may close it at any time, and the cancel operation will continue in the background.  Alternately, the dialog will close itself when the cancel operation is complete.
