Troubleshooting Licensing Issues

If you are having trouble with licensing a server, please open a support case by logging in to the Lucid8 Customer Support Web Portal or contact GOexchange® support at:

NOTE: If for some reason the license isn't activated or will not install on your server, check to make sure that you are attempting to license the correct server.  A unique license is generated for each server.  Therefore, if you have multiple servers and you are trying to license server A with server B's license, it won't work!
