After running maintenance, some customers have found that certain Blackberry users in the affected store are unable to receive messages.
During most GOexchange maintenance jobs, the Exchange information store is dismounted; this can cause MAPI profile logon issues with Blackberry users in that affected store.
After the GOexchange maintenance has completed, it may be necessary to restart the Blackberry Server Service in order to restore Blackberry access for all users in the affected store.
Log on to the Blackberry server.
Run "services.msc", or open the Services management console under Administrative Tools.
Right-click on the Blackberry Server service.
This will cause the Blackberry server to re-sync with the Exchange server, and mail-flow will resume.
