DigiVault is unlicensed when it is installed. To evaluate or use DigiVault, request a demonstration license or purchase a full license from Lucid8. Use the following steps to license your server.
Log in to the Enterprise System Protector (ESP) console as an Enterprise supervisor-enabled operator (or use the GOSupervisor account).
From Server List for Selected Group, right-click the ESP DigiVault agent located under the server to be licensed.

Select Licensing. The licensing options list appears.
Select one of the following Licensing options:
Revoke License (Use this option to transfer an existing license.)
NOTE: If
you have not purchased a license
or do not intend to purchase a license at this time, select the Demo license
option during the request process. If the Full License option is selected
and there is no corresponding order, the license request will not be processed.
If you have purchased a license,
select the Full license option during the license request process. Click here for information about the available
license types.
NOTE: Each Microsoft Exchange server that DigiVault maintains must be individually licensed. For example, you cannot protect the databases on non-licensed server B with licensed server A; both servers must have a license. In addition, each server can only take action on databases associated with that server.
