NOTE: If you have not yet purchased DigiVault, a full license request cannot be processed. For information about different license types, refer to Available License Types and Mailbox Count.
From Server List for Selected Group in the ESP console, right-click the ESP DigiVault agent located under the server you want to license.
From the menu options, select Licensing>Request License. The License Request wizard begins.
NOTE: For additional information about how to get to the Licensing menu options, refer to Accessing the License Options List.

Click Next. The User Information dialog appears.

Enter the required information and click Next. The Server Information dialog appears.
NOTE: This information will be used during license generation. Therefore, the company information must match the information used when the license was purchased. Also, ensure that you have entered the correct e-mail address for the person receiving the DigiVault license.

Enter the information requested in the Server Information dialog. Transmit this information to Lucid8 to generate a license.
Click Next. The License Type dialog appears.

Select Full and click Next. The License Transmittal dialog appears.
Select one of the following transmittal methods:
The default selection automatically e-mails the license request information to the Lucid8 Licensing department.
The print option allows you to print the request and fax the information to the Lucid8 Licensing department.
The save option creates a custom .XML file that can be e-mailed to DigiVaultLicReq@Lucid8.com.

Click Next. The Thank You dialog appears.

Click Finish to complete the Request License process.
After Lucid8 receives and reviews the license request, Lucid8 will generate and e-mail a license to the address provided in the User Information dialog.
If you have already received your license from Lucid8, continue to Installing a License.
