What is your upgrade policy as new versions are released?
Major and Minor version upgrades, hot-fixes and patches are always available to clients with an active support and maintenance agreement at no charge.
Clients without an active Support and Maintenance Agreement will be charged 75% of the current list price for major version upgrades.
