Our company purchased DigiVault® with Support & Maintenance Program fourteen months ago. Due to budget constraints, our Support & Maintenance Program agreement expired and we were unable to renew the agreement.
You have two options:
1) If a major version has recently been released, you may upgrade to the current version for 75% of the new version's retail price and then add a Support & Maintenance Program so that you receive all new versions moving forward.
2) If a new major version has not yet shipped, you may renew your Support & Maintenance Program agreement, provided you catch up on the lapsed months, calculated on a pro-rated basis. A reinstatement fee equal to 10% of the maintenance renewal cost will be assessed (e.g. if the cost of maintenance is $1499.00, there is a 149.99 reinstatement fee due, as well as the pro-rated lapsed months). Our sales team can assist you with these special-case situations.
NOTE:
Expired SMP Agreements may only be reinstated by purchasing directly from Lucid8.
