The cost of upgrading a license is calculated by subtracting the cost paid for the original license from the retail price of the new license.

For example: If you Purchase a 75-mailbox license for $ 995.00 and then later need to upgrade to the 150-mailbox license, which sells for $ 1,395.00, the upgrade cost would be $495.00

• The difference in maintenance cost will need to be paid as well on a pro-rated basis.
• Upgrades may only be purchased from the original point of purchase or directly from Lucid8.
