Will users be able to access e-mail
or other Exchange Services while
GOexchange® maintenance is running?
GOexchange is an OFFLINE process
which means that NO E-MAIL
access will be available during the
maintenance process. However,
with Exchange 2000, 2003, and 2007 GOexchange maintenance can be run on specific Stores without taking
the entire system offline, therefore users homed in other Information
Stores may continue working.
NOTE:
GOexchange can notifies
your users of the of the impending service outage and then automatically takes the
designated information stores OFFLINE
for maintenance and then will bring them back ONLINE once maintenance is
complete and GOexchange will do the rest.
