What is the Support & Maintenance Program and am I required to purchase it?
The Support & Maintenance Program is required with all Unlimited Runtime Licenses.
The Support & Maintenance Program is an agreement that includes free software updates and priority technical support direct from Lucid8 during the term of the agreement.
You have the option of purchasing a one-, two-, or three-year SMP agreement at the time you purchase Recovery Advantage.
