What is your upgrade policy as new versions are released?

• Major and minor upgrades for Recovery Advantage™ for Outlook are provided free of charge.
• Major and minor upgrades for the Recovery Advantage™ Server Module are available to clients with an active support and maintenance agreement at no charge.
• Clients without an active Support and Maintenance Agreement will be charged 75% of the current list price for major version upgrades.
