"Per Store" Enterprise License
Store licenses packs for are designed for organizations the want to license a specific number of Exchange databases, commonly referred to as Information Stores or *.EDB files. Such licenses are attached to a Mailbox or Public “Store” and any of its backup copies for its entire life time.
- Each Store is always licensed to operate without limitation on the number of mailboxes or items.
- Once a license is assigned to a Store it is non-transferable, unless you upgrading to Exchange 2007
- You may license all of the stores within your organization or just as many Information Stores as desired.
- Example: If you have 16 stores you may choose to license 1, 2, 5, 10 or all of them, however, you will only be able to access the Licensed Stores.
- Example: If an Exchange Server has a total of 20 Information Stores and its desired to license all stores it's best to purchase a 25 store license pack.
- This would leave you with 5 additional store licenses for future use, and its less expensive then purchasing a 16 and 4 store packs.
- License packs may be allocated across multiple servers that are within the same organization.
- Example: If you have 5 servers within your organization with a total of 45 stores, purchase a 50 pack license and allocate the licenses across the servers to obtain full coverage.

"Term-Limit" Licensing
This licensing model is exactly like the Per-Store licensing, however;
- The license is only usable for a set period of time. When the license reaches its end-date or "term-limit", it will cease to function.
- Support & Maintenance is included within the price of the license.

"Per Seat" Commercial/Universal license
The Commercial/Universal License allows Consulting and IT services companies to use DigiScope on a single machine for a specified period without any limitations in regard to the number of stores opened.
