The process to purchase Lucid8 products is easy. Simply select the desired product and number of licenses, check out, and you'll receive an e-mail
notification from Lucid8 that outlines the steps required to obtain the product and licenses purchased.
- Login to our secure ordering system.
- Select the products you would like to purchase.
- Select a Support Maintenance Program (SMP) where applicable.
- Select payment method, i.e. CC, Check, Purchase Order.
- Submit order.
- A system-generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered during the purchase.
- Download and install the software on the server(s) to be licensed.
- Register each server to be licensed.
- License is delivered via e-mail.
