If you have a disaster on your hands contact us immediately at recovery@lucid8.com (or if e-mail is unavailable please call 425.451.2595 and someone will get back with you as soon as possible) and include the following information:

  • Operating System:
  • Service Pack:
  • Number of Exchange Servers in your organization:
  • Backup Software used:
  • Backup frequency:
  • Last Known Good Backup:
  • Problem Exchange db: i.e. Priv, Pub ( or Dir if using db is version 5.5)
  • Problem Exchange db size:
  • Description of Situation:
  • Steps taken so far:
  • Contact Name:
  • Contact Number:
  • Contact e-mail :
  • Company Name:
Please also tell us your urgency, i.e. Please have a disaster recovery representative call me ASAP, Within 8 hours, Within 4 hours, or Immediately.

The information will be sent to a disaster recovery team member for review and they will contact you within the time frame selected. Please be advised that we will require credit card authorization for 8 hours of work in order to open your case and begin work on your recovery project.
