Unlimited Maintenance License

The Unlimited Maintenance License is our full runtime preventive software maintenance license that lets you perform as many maintenance runs as you need on your licensed server.

Licenses are offered on a per-server basis and must be purchased for a number of mailboxes that is equal to or greater than the number of mailboxes on the server being licensed.

Example: If a server has a total of 178 mailboxes homed on all the available stores, you must purchase a 250 mailbox license. The server will then be licensed to run the preventive software maintenance as many times as desired as long as the mailbox count on the licensed server does not exceed the mailbox license limit.

Single Shot Licenses are offered on a per-server basis and must be purchased for a number of mailboxes that is equal to or greater than the number of mailboxes on the server being licensed.

EXAMPLE: If a server has a total of 178 mailboxes homed on all the available stores, you must purchase a 250 mailbox license.

NOTE: Single Shot licenses may only be purchased once per named server, after which time an Unlimited Maintenance License is required.
