Example - Search Results

DigiScope search capabilities are powerful yet very easy to use. The results below are from a simple search looking for the word "Fabrikam" within the "Subject Field only" of all mailboxes within the Lucid8 DEMO Database. For this example we left the default of the "On Find function" to Display the items within the results window.

The fields on the bottom show that DigiScope searched through 5 mailboxes and 1,348 items in 2 seconds to find 31 items that had "Fabrikam" within the subject field. Once results are obtained you can take the following actions

Sort the results by clicking any column
Change the fields/columns shown
Double click or Right-click on single items and select OPEN view any message
Hover over items with paperclips to see information about the attachments within that item
CTRL+A to select all items or Multi Select using CTRL or SHIFT and then right-click and select one of the following actions

Open: Allows the operator to open up 10 items at a time
Restore Wizard: Initiates the Restore Wizard process to restore the selected items
SingleTouch Restore: Initiates the SingleTouch Restore process to restore the selected items to their original mailbox/location
Export Selected Items To: This allows the operator to export the selected items to PST, MSG or the results of the search to CSV file(s)

- Export to PST File
- Export to MSG File
- Export Search Results to CSV: This will export the column headers and data within each field into a CSV file. When selects:
- 1. The Export CSV Collection dialog appears

Adjust the Location, File Name and Split level as desired
Click Export and the information is exported
Browse to the saved location and open the CSV with Notepad, Excel or another editing tool of your choosing

- Attachments:
- - View - Selecting this option displays the Attachments dialog
  - 1. Here you can View, Open or Save specific or all attachments to disk
  - Save All to Disk
  - Save All to Zip
