The On Find... option allows you to select what happens when an item is found during a search. The following options are available:
Display Items - When a matching item is found, it will be displayed in the search dialog.
Export to PST - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Personal Folder (PST) file. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Personal Folder (PST) export options you would like to use.
Export to MSG - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Message (MSG) file. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Message (MSG) export options you would like to use.
Purge - When a matching item is found, it will be purged from the Production source.
Export to PST, then Purge - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Personal Folder (PST) file, then it will be purged from the Production source. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Personal Folder (PST) export options you would like to use.
Export to MSG, then Purge - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Message (MSG) file, then it will be purged from the Production source. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Message (MSG) export options you would like to use.
Delete - When a matching item is found, it will be deleted from the Production source.
Export to PST, then Delete - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Personal Folder (PST) file, then it will be deleted from the Production source. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Personal Folder (PST) export options you would like to use.
Export to MSG, then Delete - When a matching item is found, it will be exported to a Message (MSG) file, then it will be deleted from the Production source. When the search is started you will be prompted to specify the Message (MSG) export options you would like to use.
